The terms of the agreement under which you use SendPix are as follows: If you don't accept these terms you must cease using SendPix. You must insert your valid email address in all places requiring same. You should maintain originals of any images you send using SendPix. The use of SendPix is at your own risk and ACD Systems is in no way responsible for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of use, business interruption, loss of information or data, or pecuniary loss), in connection with or arising out of or related to the use of SendPix or the use or inability to use it or the furnishing, performance or use of any other functions hereunder whether based upon contract, tort or any other theory including negligence. The terms of the disclaimer are also incorporated into this use agreement.

Your images on the SendPix server will be intentionally deleted thirty (30) days after receipt on the SendPix server without further notice to you.
